STEP 1: THE DIAGNOSIS (Start Here)

The $1,500 Talent Pipeline Audit (One-Time Fee) Investment: $1,500 (Flat Fee)

Before we implement a strategy, we need to find out exactly what's broken. This one-time audit is a low-risk way to get a high-value blueprint for fixing your sourcing and attraction strategy.

What you get:

A comprehensive 10-page report, including an audit of your job descriptions, a competitor talent map, and the estimated annual cost of your current leaks.

The Outcome:

We identify the problem. If you love the diagnosis, we move to the implementation phase (Step 2). If not, you walk away with the blueprint.

STEP 2: RETAINER BLOCKS

1. The STRATEGY BLOCK (15 Hours)

Best for: Steady pipeline maintenance and teams that need strategic guidance for 1-2 key roles.

Investment: $2,250 / month (15 hours @ $150/hr)

What's Covered:

Regular sourcing sprints, targeted candidate outreach, bi-weekly strategy calls, and brand/job description audits.

The Rule:

Unused hours do not roll over. We use them proactively to build your talent bench.

2. The GROWTH BLOCK (30 Hours)

Best for: Aggressive scaling when you need candidates NOW for multiple urgent, hard-to-fill roles.

Investment: $4,500 / month (30 hours @ $150/hr)

What's Covered:

Deep-dive headhunting, competitor talent mapping, full outreach campaign management, and being your tactical advisor on the hunt.

STEP 3: FULL-CYCLE RECRUITMENT
Best for: When you want to hand over the keys and just meet the finalists.

Through my strategic partnership with RCI, we offer full-desk recruiting. I handle the strategy and brand alignment; my partner handles the volume, scheduling, and offers.

STEP 4: ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1. Strategic Recruitment Media Buying

Stop throwing spaghetti at the wall. You need job ads to go where the talent actually lives, and you need an expert to negotiate the rates.

We act as your Agency of Record to research, purchase, and manage your recruitment advertising so you stop wasting budget on the wrong boards.

Standard Placements (Most Common):

$0 Management Fee.

We are compensated directly by the media publishers via standard agency commissions. You pay the same rate as going direct, but you get our strategy and management included.

Non-Commission Placements:

In the rare event a vendor does not provide agency commissions, a 15% service charge is added to the media cost to cover campaign management.

What's Covered:

We manage all negotiation, placement, and optimization for third-party media purchases, including: LinkedIn Ads, Indeed sponsorships, paid social boosting, niche job boards, print, radio, and multi-media.

The Rule:

The hard costs for media are entirely separate from your monthly retainer hours. Your retainer hours are spent on strategy and talent sourcing; the media commissions (or service charge) cover the execution of the ads.
